■ Orders and Shipping

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. From the perspective of sustainability, we do not maintain excess inventory and adopt a system in which products are manufactured and arranged after orders are received. The delivery time is stated on each product page, so please check there.

Q. If I order multiple items together, will they be delivered separately?
A. If you order multiple items, all items will be shipped together once they are all in stock.

Q. Can I specify the delivery date/time or the carrier?
A. We are unable to accept designations of delivery date/time or carrier.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?
A. The fee varies by delivery area.
・Domestic shipping (mainland, etc.): 800 yen (880 yen including tax)
・Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 1,200 yen (1,320 yen including tax)
・Overseas shipping: EMS rates (varies by destination country and weight)

■ Payment

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. The following payment methods are available.
・Credit card (VISA / MASTER / AMEX / JCB)
・Express checkout (Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay)
・QR code payment (PayPay / PayPal)
・Pay Later (Paidy)

Q. Please tell me the payment deadline and fees for "Pay Later (Paidy)".
A. Billing is confirmed at the end of each month, and an invoice is issued on the 1st of the following month. You will be notified by email and SMS by the 5th, and please pay by the 27th of the following month at a convenience store or via bank transfer. For convenience store payment, a fee of 390 yen (including tax) applies (bank transfer fees are the customer's responsibility).

■ Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

Q. Can I change or cancel my order (size, color, delivery address, etc.)?
A. Cancellations after order confirmation, changes to color or size, and changes to customer information cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Please confirm carefully before placing your order.

Q. I would like to return or exchange the item I received.
A. In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled (defective) or a product different from the one ordered is delivered (misshipment), if you contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product, we will accept returns or exchanges at our expense.
* For overseas-shipped products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. In the case of a misshipment due to our responsibility, we will respond on an individual basis. For damage during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier.

■ Overseas Shipping (Cross-Border EC)

Q. Do you ship outside of Japan?
A. Currently, we only ship to three regions: Taiwan, South Korea, and Hong Kong.

Q. What is the shipping method for overseas?
A. All shipments are sent by EMS (Express Mail Service). A tracking number will be provided after shipment is complete.

Q. Are there customs duties?
A. Import duties and local taxes incurred at the time of purchase are entirely the responsibility of the customer (recipient).

Q. Is there a way to be notified when sold-out items are restocked?
A. By pressing the "Want it" button below the sold-out button on each product page, you can receive a notification when the item is restocked.
