(4) The retained personal data is no longer needed by the business operator
(5) Leakage, etc. of retained personal data has occurred

If, based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company will suspend the use, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
When the Company has suspended the use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when it has decided not to suspend the use, etc., the Company shall notify the user thereof without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where the Suspension of Use, etc. requires a large amount of expense or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of users can be taken, such alternative measures shall be taken.

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise specified in this Policy.
