Terms of service
1. (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to customers who purchase products from V inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") through the online shopping site (hereinafter referred to as "the Company's Online Shop") and other related services. By placing an order through the Company's Online Shop or other services, the customer agrees to comply with these Terms.
2. (Suspension or Interruption of Service)
The Company may change, add, or discontinue all or part of the Company's Online Shop and other service contents without prior notice or consent from the customer.
To maintain the operation of the Company's Online Shop in good condition or for other reasons, the Company may suspend or interrupt the Company's Online Shop and other services for maintenance, etc., without prior notice or consent from members.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused to members due to their inability to use the Company's Online Shop or other services based on this article.
3. (Prohibited Acts)
Customers shall not engage in the following acts.
・Use of the Company's Online Shop that deviates from normal use
・Acts that interfere with the Company's business
・Acts that infringe on trademark rights, copyrights, privacy, or other rights, or acts that may do so
・Orders with false content, orders impersonating others, or cooperation in such acts
・Resale of the Company's products, listing/selling on auction sites, or preparation for such acts, and other orders or sample requests for commercial purposes
・Unauthorized use of credit cards
・Unauthorized use of others' personal information
・Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
4. (Restrictions on Transactions)
If the customer falls under any of the following items, the Company may restrict, refuse, or suspend transactions, or revoke the right to stages, points, or other privileges, or cancel or terminate the contract.
Additionally, if the Company determines that the customer may fall under any of the following items, the Company may withhold the shipment of products, etc. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from measures taken under this article.
・When acts falling under the prohibited acts in Article 3 are committed, or when orders that violate them are placed
・When payment cannot be made by credit card for credit card application
・When a person under 18 years of age places an order without parental consent
・When contact cannot be made through the contact method notified by the customer at the time of application, such as telephone, fax, or email
・When the customer does not respond to the Company's inquiries regarding the order
・When the Company determines that the order or sample request is for resale, listing/selling on auction sites, or preparation for such acts, or other commercial purposes
・When the order exceeds the quantity normally used by an end user and the reason is unclear
・When the delivery destination for overseas delivery is in an area restricted by the Company
・When the customer repeatedly returns or exchanges items not due to the Company's responsibility, and the Company determines that normal transactions are difficult
・When these Terms are violated
・Other cases where the Company determines that continuing transactions is inappropriate
5. (Returns and Exchanges)
Unless otherwise specified, the Company shall in principle not accept cancellation of orders for customer convenience after the order is confirmed, or the exchange or return of products after delivery. However, in the following cases, returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the Company is contacted within 5 days of receiving the product. In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the Company.
・When the actually ordered product differs from the delivered product
・When there is a defect in the product at the time of delivery
6. (Resale, Sales on Auction Sites, etc.)
The Company refuses orders for the resale of the Company's products, listing/selling on auction sites, or preparation for such acts, and other product purchases for commercial purposes.
Even if the Company's products are sold on auction sites other than the Company's Online Shop, the Company cannot be responsible for such products, so please be aware.
7. (Copyrights, etc.)
Customers may not use the Company's copyrighted works or intellectual property rights granted to the Company by third parties without the Company's consent.
Opinions and information sent to the Company by customers shall be assigned to the Company with all rights, including copyrights, and may be published in publications, etc.
8. (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall handle customer personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") appropriately based on the "Privacy Policy" and others.
9. (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at its discretion.
In changing these Terms, the Company shall post on the Company's website, by the effective date of the changed Terms, the fact that the Terms will be changed, the content of the changed Terms, and the effective date thereof.
If the customer uses the service after the effective date of the changed Terms, the customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the change of the Terms.
10. (Governing Law)
The establishment, effect, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
11. (Consultation, Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute between the customer and the Company, both parties shall consult in good faith and resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of agreement for proceedings to resolve the dispute.
