Additional charges other than the product price: Domestic shipping 800 yen (880 yen including tax). However, shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands is 1,200 yen (1,320 yen including tax). For overseas shipping, EMS rates apply (varies by country and weight). Import duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility.
■ Products and Inventory
From the perspective of sustainability, Mehlography Lab. does not maintain excess inventory and adopts a system in which products are manufactured and arranged after orders are received. Please check each product page for delivery timing.

■ Payment Methods and Timing
[Credit Card / Express Checkout]
VISA, MASTER, AMEX, and JCB are accepted. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also available. Payment is finalized at the time the order is placed.

[Pay Later (Paidy)]
The monthly confirmed billing amount will be closed at the end of each month, and an invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month. You will be notified by email and SMS (short message) by the 5th. Payment methods are convenience store payment (at a convenience store terminal) or bank transfer. The payment deadline is the 27th of the following month. Fees: 390 yen (including tax) for convenience store payment / bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
■ Changing or Canceling Your Order
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, changes to color or size, and changes to customer information cannot be accepted. Please confirm carefully before placing your order.
■ Delivery and Shipping

* For pre-order or reserved products, the shipping schedule may differ depending on the product.
* On national holidays, during long holidays such as Obon and the New Year, and in cases announced in advance, shipping may be delayed.
* We are not responsible for delivery delays that occur due to reasons not attributable to us.
[Multiple Item Orders]
If you order multiple items, all items will be shipped together once they are all in stock.
[Delivery Date / Carrier Designation]
We cannot accept delivery date/time designation or carrier designation.
[Refusal to Receive / Extended Absence]
If you do not receive the item within one week (the package retention period) from the date of shipment, the item will be returned to us. In such cases, the order will be automatically canceled.
■ Overseas Shipping
[Shipping Method]
Currently, overseas shipping is available only to Taiwan, South Korea, and Hong Kong.
All overseas shipments are sent by EMS (Express Mail Service). A tracking number will be provided after shipment.
[Duties and Taxes]
Import duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility.
[Returns and Exchanges]
For overseas shipments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. However, if a misshipment occurs due to our responsibility, we will respond on an individual basis. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot be responsible for damage or deformation that occurs during shipping; please consider using shipping insurance.
■ Returns and Exchanges
[Principle]
In principle, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please confirm product details carefully before placing your order.
[Exceptions (Defective or Wrong Items)]
If the product is damaged or soiled, or if a product different from the one ordered is delivered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the product. We will cover the return shipping cost.
* Overseas-shipped products are excluded.
[Regarding Cooling-Off]
Because this service constitutes mail order sales, the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply. Returns and exchanges shall be governed by the "Returns and Exchanges" provisions above.
